Grenzebach's additive manufacturing exchange solutions provide support for automated loading and unloading of your 3D printers. It reduces downtime by for example outsourcing process steps such as cooling of printed build jobs.
The Exchange P 500 automation solution is designed for laser sintering systems and increases productivity by automatically loading and unloading the 3D printer with an integrated conveyor system and shuttle. Depending on the selection of the exchange solution, it uses a certain number of buffer positions for build boxes. There, passive cooling of finished building jobs at a buffer position with a maximum temperature of 250 °C is enabled. An important advantage is that the Exchange P 500 enables complete accessibility to the 3D printer in the process.
Compatibility with the Transport P 500 transport container additionally optimizes automation and material flow to other stations.
