At Grenzebach, we live service as an attitude towards our customers. As part of our international service team, you will cover the entire area of our global service network. Europe, Asia or America - you will support our customers locally, internationally or remotely in the areas of the Grenzebach product portfolio, just as you would prefer.
Areas of responsibilities
When others are stuck, you are the contact person for our customers. You will conduct inspection, maintenance and repair missions at home and/or abroad. Your field of application can be in the areas of glass conveying and handling technology, friction stir welding systems and other areas of the Grenzebach Group.
You will use your experience from on-site assignments to develop new service offerings. You also prepare work and assignment reports and are happy to share your knowledge in training sessions. At the same time, you will be able to continuously expand your own know-how through targeted training measures.
