The quality management system is an integral part of the Grenzebach Group’s integrated management system. Our Global Quality Team is responsible for the compliance of quality guidelines and processes on-site. The result is a reliable end product at the end of each manufacturing stage.
The technology center and lab in Bad Hersfeld: Our customers know the quality of their products right from the start
Continuous analyses and tests at our technology center and in the lab yield reliable statements about the expected final product quality in our process technology and gypsum business areas. Due to a wide range of available equipment, we can perform practical tests with the raw materials well in advance and optimize production processes accordingly. Our customers know the quality of their initial and final product from the very beginning.
Friction stir welding (FSW) and casting: quality you can build on
In the field of friction stir welding, a first-class weld is essential to creating a durable and safe final product. This is why assuring the quality of the welded components is so important to us.
At the customer’s request, we perform quality control and inspection activities during casting processing right up to individual part tracking with a production profile.
