LogiMAT: more power for more productivity
- Grenzebach with a new automated guided vehicle and universal control system at LogiMAT 2023 in Stuttgart
- New L1200S allows an even faster, automated goods transport
- Grenzebach offers modular or holistic solution packages – including hardware, software, and service
FRANKFURT AM MAIN, HAMLAR/Germany. More power for more productivity – this is Grenzebach's motto at LogiMAT from 25th to 27th April 2023 in Stuttgart, hall 6, booth 6F05, where they will present the next generation of intralogistics solutions for the world of tomorrow. The automation specialist honed its solutions for trade and manufacturing companies and will be presenting holistic solutions encompassing hardware, software, consulting, and service at the international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management. In addition to the driverless transport vehicle OL1200S, expert for long goods carriers and award winner of the LogiMAT 2021, visitors can look forward to the new autonomous L1200S, which is setting new standards in terms of productivity thanks to its speed.
Intelligent intralogistics due to high-performance software
To meet the increasing demands for dynamics and variability, companies are increasingly looking to automate, accelerate and flexibilize their logistics processes. In addition to automated guided vehicles (AGVs), this also requires suitable, powerful software that intelligently links the entire value chain. Natalie Schadl, Product Manager Software Solutions at Grenzebach, confirms: "Automation is the first step towards resilient and flexible intralogistics. Using the data from processes is necessary to continuously optimize workflows and react flexibly to surprising and yet unknown demands in the future." For more than ten years, Grenzebach has therefore been supplying control systems for automated guided vehicles (AGVs), which can control different types of vehicles regardless of manufacturer and thereby ensure an efficient flow of materials and communication in factory and logistics halls.
Double power for intralogistics
In the digitally networked smart factory, intralogistics has become one of the key success factors today. Already in 2017, Grenzebach has set standards with the automated guided vehicle L1200S and revolutionized the automated parts transport with undercarriage AGVs. The succeeding model now takes this a step further - enabling an even faster, automated transport of goods that can be efficiently adapted to today's flexible production infrastructures. The autonomous AGV for payloads of up to 1,200 kg excels in everyday industrial use with twice the speed of its predecessor model. It offers maximum availability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in all respects. The powerful AGV ideally complements the omnidirectional OL1200S wherever 360° maneuverability is not required.
360° added value
Economical from every point of view. The technology behind the OL1200S is capable of a lot and, above all, serves one goal: accelerate the automated transport of parts and simplify complex operations. For maximum availability, efficiency, and economy, especially with large components and long goods carriers. Omnidirectional, unlimited movement in any direction and equipped with intelligent sensor technology, the OL1200S can transport large components in the smallest of spaces. It offers maximum flexibility and significantly increases performance compared to the classic tugger train simultaneously simplifying the necessary peripherals. This saves space and costs and increases the availability of the overall system.
