Experiencing the future with the L1200S
At the Grenzebach booth at the LogiMAT in Stuttgart (March 14 to 16, hall 9, stand D40), logistic companies can take a closer look at tomorrow’s transportation of goods. Two Automated Guided Vehicles of the type L1200S are presented on the show floor. Visitors will have the opportunity to program the two AGVs by using the Touch Panel and send them on their way.
"Driverless in new application fields - caught between AGVs and mobile robots": During this expert forum (Thursday, March 16, hall 9, forum E, start 2 p.m.), Roland Jenning, head of Innovations at Grenzebach, classifies the AGVs for the future's Smart Factory. In times of Industry 4.0, AGVs are used more and more as mobile robots. The certified sensor technology for personnel safety already allows the use of the L1200S from Grenzebach in nearly all business environments, including machine traffic and movement of industrial trucks. Integration into existing environments, such as lifts, robot cells and conveying systems can easily be done.
Furthermore, with the Fleet Manager, Grenzebach provides a highly flexible coordination system for transportation tasks and vehicle movements. This allows to safely coordinate different mobile robot types in the same environment.
The Intralogistics takes place at the same time as the LogiMAT: Grenzebach and SNOX, a company of the Grenzebach Group with its headquarters in Boom near Brussels, focus on special AGV designs for all branches worldwide - and are also showcasing an L1200S. Keyword - International markets: Grenzebach will present its competence with respect to the Smart Factory also at the ProMat in Chicago (April 3 - 6).
Stuttgart, Paris, Chicago – with the L1200S logistic providers can experience tomorrow’s future up close on the show floor.
